What do I write

When I’ve nothing to say?

So early it is

And I’ve not lived my day.

Perhaps I should wait

Until day’s end,

And then more words

I’ll have to send.

So I will escape

From my screens view

Until my headlines

Are once again new.

To be out of words

Is just not my style.

Maybe I need take it easy

And rest awhile.

Dave is gone.

The house is quite,

I must prepare

For tonight’s riot.

Three little “punkin’s”

Coming for dinner.

And that’s how I know

My day is a winner!

Thank You God for friends.

Thank You God for food to share with friends.

Thank You God for every single thing you provide for Dave and me.

Thank You for the lasagna sitting in the fridge just waiting to be baked.

Thank You for this special day of life.
