Friday May 19 2017  A NIGHT FULL OF Z Z Z Z’s 

Last week seemed to slowly float by on a gentle breeze.  It reminded me of bygone summer days of my youth when the days were long and a week took forever.  This week was packed with so many different things to do that a mere two days ago seems like it was a week ago.

After I am finished working tomorrow as a second photographer at a wedding I will begin my next (personal) staycation.  I have decided that my staycation weeks are the weeks I do not schedule appointments.  I foresee it as a work week; primarily on the interminable album work.  Hopefully, someday the album will be part of my wonderful past as I remember the enjoyment of working with our old family photos.

Now I am tired and actually quite sleepy; so I shall follow my dreams (literally).

Afternoon languishes

Into evening’s embrace.

And I’ve yet to conclude

Today’s hectic race.

A active day

With much left undone.

But I must admit

Visiting with a friend was fun.

And now I pay

As sleep ramps its call.

Into the hug of night

I would like to fall.

So no blog today

As rest beckons me,

I plan to quickly succumb

To a night full of Z Z Z Z’s.

Thank You God for this lovely day.

Thank You Lord for friends.

Thank You that I have a comfortable bed that awaits me.
