GUESS WHAT THIS IS?

Peace and joy

Angels and horns,

Cherubs strumming,

Notes are born.

 

Clusters of bells

Dance in flight,

Chrystal baubles

Catch the light.

 

Stars glistening

In myriad shapes,

Scenes portrayed

In golden scapes.

 

Horses and snowmen

Caper about,

Santas in gold

Large bags tout.

 

Golden globes

And reindeer in flight

Shimmer profusely

With twinkling lights.

 

Ribbons and bows

Accent empty spaces,

And glittered holly

In sundry places

 

White little stars

On the end of sticks

Above a heart

Makes a nice mix.

 

A little package

Held by a snowman,

And filigreed snowflakes

And a musical band.

 

The beautiful cherub

Lounging with wings,

Strumming a lyre,

A focal point brings.

 

And what exactly

Do I describe?

It’s our Christmas tree

Decorated inside!
